    • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or discounted products.

    • Items damaged after delivery.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  4. Damaged or Wrong Items

    • If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us at support@zenhive.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
